What Are Signal Arrays?

Signal Arrays is a parallel idle skill with a base-building twist. You construct Relay Towers. Permanent satellite relay structures. that passively collect signal_data of your chosen tier without requiring attention.

Constructing Towers

Tower slots unlock as your Signal Arrays level increases, but each tower must be built with a scrap investment before it starts working. Tower 1 is free (your starter). Later towers cost progressively more scrap, up to 75,000 for the fifth tower.

Upgrading Towers

Each tower starts at Mk I and can be upgraded up to Mk V. Each upgrade costs scrap plus smelted alloy bars of increasing quality. Copper Bars for Mk II, Iron Bars for Mk III, Steel Bars for Mk IV, and Xenosteel Bars for Mk V.

Every Mk level boosts the tower's yield multiplier and reduces its cycle time. Maxing all five towers is a significant endgame investment that ties Signal Arrays to your smelting pipeline.

Collecting & Feeding Signal Etching

Each tower runs on its own cycle timer. When cycles complete, visit the Signal Arrays screen to collect. Signal data gathered here feeds directly into Signal Etching. The more towers running at high tiers, the faster you stockpile materials for sigils and amplifiers.
