Materials
Three resource families. Ore, Biostock, and Signal Data. Each span eight tiers of increasing rarity and power. Ores range from Tin to Neutronium. Biostock runs from Moss to Ichor. Signal Data ascends from Static to Architect Signal.
Each zone produces specific tiers. Starter zones yield Tier 1-2 resources, while endgame zones produce Tier 7-8. If you need a specific material, learn which zone tier produces it and farm accordingly.
Recipe Access
All recipes unlock based on your discipline level. As your Forging level increases, higher-tier equipment recipes become available. Tier 1 items at level 1, scaling up to Tier 8 items at level 39. The same principle applies to Synthesis, Signal Etching, and Gem Resonance.
Costs
Every recipe requires crafting materials. Advanced recipes may additionally need enhancement materials. Resources typically earned from bounties, crates, and high-rarity enemies. Check the full material cost before committing to a work order.
Output
Crafting produces two categories of items: consumables (healing items, temporary buffs) and equipment (tiered weapons and armor). Forging recipes produce the same tiered items that drop from enemies and shops. Tier 1 Tin through Tier 8 Neutronium gear. Crafting gives you a deterministic path to the exact item you need instead of relying on drops.
