The Sporeveld, Miasma Flats, Resonance Caves, Crucible, Pale Reaches, Shattered Expanse, Abyssal Veins, Signal Apex, Hollow Core, Incubation Vaults, Architect Necropolis, and Genesis Laboratory are stitched edge-to-edge into one persistent world map. Walking past a zone’s seam takes you directly into the next.

The Viewport

Your screen always shows a fixed 5×5 tile window centered on your nomad. As you move, the window scrolls. Each tile is colored by the zone it belongs to, so you can read zone borders at a glance. Impassable columns block movement and create natural chokepoints.

Pack Spawns & Ambushes

Walking onto a tile can spawn a single monster, a pair, or a pack of three — packs are rarer but reward more. Adjacent tiles can also seed encounters as you pass; running through dense biomes is dangerous even when the destination tile looks empty.

Discovery Rewards

Crossing a zone seam for the first time unlocks the zone’s Codex entry. Higher-tier zones gate behind level requirements on tile contents (resource nodes, hunter contracts, boss lairs) — you can walk in early but won’t be able to engage.
